Data collected
When booking
When you make a booking on our site, we collect the following information:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Date and time slot chosen
- Number of people
- Payment method (processed securely, we do not store credit card data)
When contacting us
If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message.
Browsing data
Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical data during your visit: IP address (anonymised), browser type, pages viewed, visit duration. This data is used solely for anonymous statistical purposes.
Purposes of processing
Your personal data is used to:
- Manage your bookings and send you your access code
- Respond to your contact requests
- Improve our services and the user experience on the site

Data retention

- Booking data: 3 years after the session date
- Contact data: 3 years after your request has been processed
- Browsing data: 13 months maximum

MY Experiences Sàrl does not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may be shared with technical service providers acting as processors (hosting, payment, emailing) strictly within the scope of their duties and under contract.
Some of these providers may be based outside Switzerland (notably in the United States). We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the nFADP.

Our site uses technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to function (session, preferences). These cookies do not require your consent.
