These general terms of sale and use ("GTC") apply to any sauna session booking and to any purchase made on the mysauna.ch online shop, offered by MY Experiences Sàrl.
1. Introduction
These General Terms of Use govern access to and use of the services offered by MY Experiences Sàrl. By booking a session on the site www.mysauna.ch, the user fully accepts these terms.
2. Scope
These General Terms of Use apply to sales contracts concluded between MY Experiences Sàrl and its customers at the time of booking.
3. Access to the service
- Age requirement: Access to the sauna is reserved for adults (18 years and over).
- Booking: Any use of the sauna must be preceded by a booking via our website.
4. Using the sauna
- Autonomy: Users are responsible for lighting and maintaining the fire during their session.
- Safety: It is essential to follow the instructions displayed on site. MY Experiences Sàrl cannot be held responsible in the event of failure to comply with these instructions. Users agree to take all necessary precautions for their own safety and that of the sauna. The stove door must remain closed at all times (except when lighting and tending the fire). Each user agrees to take all measures necessary for their own safety and that of the people accompanying them.
- Bathing: Bathing is not part of the offer provided by MY Sauna, and users do so entirely at their own discretion. Cold-water bathing carries risks. Users are under no obligation to bathe and enter the water in full knowledge of the risks. It is strongly recommended to go accompanied, to enter gently, to listen to your body and not to put your head under water.
- Respect for the site: Users agree to leave the sauna and its surroundings in the same clean condition in which they found it.
- Respect for the equipment: Users agree to close the sauna according to the closing instructions and to leave all provided equipment on site. The automatic padlock must be closed at the end of each session.
- Video surveillance: For security and access-control reasons, the entrance area of the sauna may be under video surveillance. Neither the interior nor the public area is filmed. Recordings are kept only for as long as necessary for these purposes, in accordance with the principles of proportionality and data minimisation set out in the FADP.
- The sauna is not recommended in the event of heart conditions, pregnancy or chronic illness.
5. Liability
- Damage: Any damage caused to the sauna or its facilities by a user may be invoiced for repair.
- Personal belongings: MY Experiences Sàrl accepts no liability in the event of loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Accidents: MY Experiences Sàrl accepts no liability in the event of accidents in or around the sauna. Users agree to follow the instructions for use and to take all precautions necessary for their own safety and that of those present.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- Cancellation by the customer: No cancellation request from the customer will be refunded (except for justified serious reasons).
- Cancellation by MY Experiences Sàrl: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather conditions, maintenance, etc.), MY Experiences Sàrl reserves the right to cancel a booking. The customer will then be informed and may choose between a refund or a rescheduling.
7. Personal data
The information collected during booking is necessary for managing the services. Users have the right to access and correct their personal data.
8. Prices
Prices shown on the site are in Swiss francs.
9. Acceptance of terms
By using the services of MY Experiences Sàrl, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these General Terms of Use.
